Forms provide structured intake, validation, attachments, and document-oriented interaction. In the target SAS model, forms can start or supply a process and make required input explicit.

Current state

Forms currently operate in Qixium. This portal therefore explains the capability role but does not present a new SAS Forms user interface or unsupported instructions.

Direction

Process Orchestrator can eventually use forms as process building blocks, with roles, decisions, data classification, and audit context around the captured information.
