Dashboard

In development · 1.0

Understand what is happening and what needs attention.

The Dashboard direction is more than a separate reporting screen. It should connect management signals to the process flow that explains them.

Intended capabilities

• active process and instance counts;
• SLA and alert status;
• cycle time, volume, rework, and automation rate;
• trends and bottlenecks;
• drill-down to process or instance detail;
• reporting on controls, evidence, and expected-versus-actual outcomes.

Final screens, metrics, and data sources will be documented after release.
