The cockpit direction combines management signals with the process flow that explains them. A user should be able to see where processes run well, where risk is developing, and what action is required.

Intended views

active process portfolio;
running instances and current step;
completed work and open alerts;
SLA compliance and threatened deadlines;
recent events and exception status;
drill-down from KPI to the affected process or instance.

The goal is an operational cockpit, not a separate reporting page that is disconnected from the work.
