Automation does not remove every human decision. Process control should make human work more deliberate by presenting the right task, context, deadline, and supporting information at the right moment.

Intended capabilities

personal and team work queues;
priority based on SLA, risk, and process context;
clear ownership and assignment;
input, output, and relevant history together;
approval, review, or exception tasks;
escalation when work is not completed on time.

Collaboration remains part of the process rather than an email or spreadsheet outside it.
