Terms for requesting and using a free SAS trial environment. Version 1.0 · Effective 5 September 2026.
The SAS trial environment is provided to evaluate Service Automation Suite, learn how to use it and carry out a proof of value or technical scenario using test data.
The free trial lasts one month from the moment Scope4mation activates the environment. Afterwards, the environment may be blocked, extended or converted to a paid SAS licence. Where technically possible, the same tenant can continue to be used.
The applicant is responsible for careful use of accounts, access and credentials within the trial environment and must report suspected misuse or security incidents to Scope4mation as soon as possible.
A trial is an evaluation environment. Functionality, capacity, connectors and support may therefore be more limited than in a paid environment. Scope4mation may adjust trial profiles or technical limits to support safe and fair use.
SAS, the software, documentation, components and associated intellectual property rights remain the property of Scope4mation and/or its licensors. The trial grants only a temporary right of use for evaluation.
Scope4mation may suspend the trial on expiry, misuse, security risks or use contrary to these terms. Test data may be deleted after termination. When converting to paid use, the environment may be retained where technically possible.
When requesting a trial, the user explicitly confirms acceptance of these terms and the use of test data only. SAS Portal records the accepted version, date and time, and technical audit information so the accepted version can subsequently be verified.
Questions about the trial or these terms can be submitted through Scope4mation/SAS support or the contact form.
This version is intended for the trial prototype and may be refined legally before production.
Create a My SAS account. During the application, confirm the applicable terms and the use of test data only.
