CMP is in development. This section describes the intended management model, not a current user interface.
The SAS Cloud Management Platform (CMP) is being developed as the management plane above SAS runtime instances. It is separate from the process runtime itself.
CMP is intended for:
- an end customer managing its own organization, environments, users, and SAS instances;
- a partner or MSP managing multiple customer organizations from one controlled management context;
- Scope4mation delivering releases, lifecycle, operations, usage, and service capabilities consistently.
The current Management module has one management context. CMP is the architectural transition to a multi-tenant, partner-ready model.
