Transition

Current Collaboration / TCH functionality remains in Qixium. New SAS documentation will follow a released implementation.

TCH and existing collaboration solutions support controlled cooperation between service-management environments. They demonstrate an important SAS pattern: integration is more valuable when communication, ownership, logging, and predictable handling are included.

Current state

The current detailed functionality remains in Qixium.

The SAS direction brings collaboration closer to Process Orchestrator through work queues, assignments, approvals, context, escalation, and end-to-end history.
