Popular scenario

Digital signing from TOPdesk.

A request or asset issue in TOPdesk may require a signature. SAS connects the process to ValidSign and returns the status and agreed result to TOPdesk.

Where work gets stuck

The signature is one step. The work surrounds it.

Copying data, selecting a document, sending a request, checking progress and filing the result: separate manual steps make the process error-prone. SAS connects those handovers.

From request to completion

A clear route, with room for exceptions.

1

Start in TOPdesk

A request, change activity or asset issue starts the agreed route.

2

Check the context

SAS collects source data and checks required fields, the document choice and recipient. Missing information requires action first.

3

Start the signing request

SAS passes the document and context to ValidSign. ValidSign handles the signature.

4

Follow the status

Signed, declined or still open: the response determines the next step. Reminders and deadlines follow the agreed configuration.

5

Update TOPdesk

The status, document reference and agreed record return to the original process.

6

Resolve exceptions

An error or refusal produces a targeted task or notification. After recovery, the process is checked before continuing.

One pattern. Multiple applications.

Asset issue

Record who receives a laptop, phone or other asset.

Employee lifecycle

Connect declarations and documents to onboarding, changes or departure.

Requests and agreements

Make formal confirmation part of the service request and its follow-up.

What do we agree together?

Together we define the trigger, source fields, document templates, signing order, status mapping and exception handling. We agree the required TOPdesk and ValidSign access and document storage in advance.

The result: less retyping and chasing, a clear status and evidence linked back to the process.
