- affected SAS component;
- collection, request, sequence, dataflow, or endpoint name;
- exact error text;
- date and time of the run or call;
- input and output row counts where available;
- relevant HTTP status and response line;
- whether the issue is repeatable;
- recent configuration changes;
- screenshots that do not expose credentials or sensitive data.
First checks

- Confirm authentication and environment selection.
- Check run history, Messages, or the caller response.
- Verify that a source, target data set, or endpoint object still exists.
- Do not include secret values in a support ticket.
