Support

Prepare useful information before contacting SAS Support.

On this page

Support helps with incidents, defects, and functional questions that affect the operation of integrations and automated processes.

Include this information

  • customer and environment;
  • affected SAS component;
  • collection, request, sequence, dataflow, or endpoint name;
  • exact error text;
  • date and time of the run or call;
  • input and output row counts where available;
  • relevant HTTP status and response line;
  • whether the issue is repeatable;
  • recent configuration changes;
  • screenshots that do not expose credentials or sensitive data.

First checks

  • Open the relevant component's Troubleshooting page.
  • Confirm authentication and environment selection.
  • Check run history, Messages, or the caller response.
  • Verify that a source, target data set, or endpoint object still exists.
  • Do not include secret values in a support ticket.

Use your organization's SAS Support Portal route for ticket registration and follow-up.
